1. Do you sell to businesses only, or can individuals buy too?
● We specialise in B2B (business-to-business) transactions. Our products and pricing are tailored for trade customers, resellers, and corporate clients. Individuals are welcome to contact us, but our services are primarily for businesses.
2. How can I make payment?
● Franchisee orders can only be paid for by credit card. Orders from Snap-on Head Office can be paid for by purchase order subject to approval. Contact us to discuss further.
3. Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
● Yes. We provide tiered pricing and custom quotes for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for a personalised quote.
4. Can I get a VAT invoice?
● Yes, all invoices include VAT details and are sent automatically upon purchase. If you need a copy, you can download it from your account dashboard or contact customer service.
5. Do you ship internationally?
● Currently, we ship across the UK and can arrange international delivery on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
6. What are your delivery times and costs?
● Standard UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days. Express and palletised delivery options are available. Costs depend on order size and location
7. What is your returns policy for business customers?
● Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Custom or special orders are non-returnable. Full details are in our returns policy
8. Can I customise products or request white-labelling?
● Yes, we offer customisation, branding, and white-label solutions for select product ranges. Minimum order quantities apply. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
